Hopefully might not see them after a while. There was some application downloading issue at first which later on resolved.

I love that it comes with keyboard light. My other HP didn't come with. It's easy to travel with, because I have a laptop bag. I use my laptop for school work and will really recommend it. My next purchase would want to purchase a pencil for my laptop and protector for the outside shell of my laptop.

Only downside is the speakers are incredibly low. Hard to hear full experience of the b&o speakers even with just a room fan on.

Good deal while on sale

I got it on sale and open box for less than half of its MSRP price. Fast core 7 processor and plenty of ram and storage. I use this for business applications and gets the job done. I would pay retail price for it though but getting it on sale was a great bargain for the amount of computer you get.
