The model with the Intel Core I-7 processor is a bit disappointing. Runs MatLab tools for processing analytics a bit slower than other processors available with this model if using for that purpose during a side by side comparison. Overall the laptop is fine for general use and doubles as a tablet. Having a difficult time finding a leather protective cover for it and so far only found cheap silicon sleeve cover that did not fit exactly had to return.

I ordered my laptop and apple adapter from bestbuy and I didn’t received any order. I claimed it thought they are so helpful but I they ended up cancelled order for no reason. They didn’t even enquired anything what exactly happened from my side the door photo that she kept is not even my door because because the handle of my door is on right side but she kept one in left side and she didn’t even and picture doesn’t even showing my address. But how can it will be possible they didn’t even giving me any refund or replacement. It is 700$ I saved it for my laptop as I am a student. What can I even do now. I hate this situation that I am in. I feel like it’s waste of money ordering anything from best buy. I am attaching the pictures as well. The first is my door and the second one is one she kept. How can it can be possible they are same.

Delicate, good for school work but the processor is decent and there isn’t a graphics card. In my opinion it’s too expensive for what it is. For reference I’ve had it for less than 30 days.

I got this for the doorbuster deal on 11/24. It was suppose to come with 3 free items that was not given to me. Contacted customer support and they told to to go to the store, the store wouldn't honor it. Now customer support telling me nothing was suppose to be included and escalated the case. I am contacted to a supervisor on chat and I have been waiting for about 15 mins with no one chatting with me. Total lack of customer service and business ethics. It was advertised and Bestbuy totally ignores it.

I'm facing the issue with the keyboard within the purchase of 6 months

Great laptop! Love the size, start up time, and speed. Lightweight, handles all my business and personal needs, and was easy to set up and transfer information from my 10-year-old laptop. Battery life has been excellent - lasts all day with continued use. When I shut it down for the night after a 10-hour day, there is still plenty of power left.

The "powerful processor"ensures smooth multitasking, and the "vivid display"enhances my productivity and entertainment experience. The battery life is exceptional, lasting me even with intensive usage. Additionally, the laptop's lightweight design makes it highly portable, which is perfect for work and travel. The build quality feels premium, and the keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions. If there’s one minor improvement I’d suggest, it would be to enhance the webcam quality, but overall, this laptop has exceeded my expectations. I didn't want to spend a lot of money as this laptop was going to be used for basic personal computing and I wanted close to premium specs (Intel Core 7, 16 GB, 512GB, 2-1, 300 nits, backlit keyboard, 1080 front camera) under $700 (purchased on sale for $645). Thus far it's been great! I'm an Apple user by ecosystem (iPhone, Apple TV, iPad), but prefer Windows OS when home computing. It was a breeze installing apps that are more familiar to me from an iPad perspective and I'm very happy using my iCloud account on this laptop. MS Store has most of the entertainment apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN and Paramount) so the 2-1 has come in handy in tablet/iPad form. I was concerned about fan noise, and after 2 weeks of basic computing, no hint of fan noise at all. Battery life is decent, as I see some discharge when just in sleep mode overnight, but not enough to anxious about. I haven't used it for a Zoom or Teams meeting as of yet, so I'm looking forward to see how it performs as that will probably be the most stress I'd put the laptop through. There is a single USB c port and I'm glad that it is an alternative port to help charge if you have extra USB C laptop/ChromeBook chargers laying around. I also run 2 monitors so use of a C hub with HDMI port can help facilitate that.

Battery life is great and I love the smaller size of this laptop which makes it easy to transport for working on the go. It can be put in table mode too which is a nice touch, even though I haven't yet tried using it that way. It does heat up a bit, but I use a fan cooling pad which makes it perfect.
