It is exactly what I was looking for. The touch screen was the catch button for me ! All together is fast, easy to use and navigate in. I also love the fact that it has the option to add what’s up.

I’ve been using the Dell Inspiron 14” 2-in-1 Touch Screen Laptop with the AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB of memory, and 512GB SSD in Lavender Blue, and it has impressed me with its combination of performance, design, and versatility. The Ryzen 5 processor paired with 8GB of RAM makes multitasking smooth, whether I’m working with multiple browser tabs, running Microsoft Office apps, video calling, streaming, or even doing light photo editing. The 512GB SSD ensures fast boot-up times, quick file transfers, and plenty of storage, which makes the overall experience snappy and reliable. The design is one of its standout features—the Lavender Blue finish feels fresh and modern compared to the usual black or silver laptops, and the sturdy 360-degree hinge gives me flexibility to switch between laptop, tent, stand, and tablet modes depending on what I need. I’ve found tent mode great for streaming videos, stand mode useful during presentations, and tablet mode surprisingly convenient for signing documents and casual browsing. The 14-inch Full HD display is sharp and clear indoors, with good color reproduction and a responsive touchscreen, though I do wish the brightness were a little stronger outdoors. The keyboard is very comfortable for typing, even during longer sessions, and the backlighting is helpful when working in dim lighting, while the trackpad is smooth and responsive with gesture support. Battery life is solid and usually gets me through a full day of light to moderate use, and when I do need to recharge, it powers up quickly enough to get me back on track without long wait times. The audio is clear for video calls and casual listening, though not particularly powerful, and the webcam is serviceable for meetings but not the best for higher-quality video. Everyday usability is where this laptop really shines—it’s lightweight, easy to carry, and the 2-in-1 flexibility makes it more practical than a standard laptop for a wide range of tasks. Setup was simple right out of the box, and Windows 11 runs smoothly with Dell’s included software, which thankfully doesn’t feel overly bloated. Connectivity options are solid with USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, and headphone ports, giving me flexibility without needing extra adapters. Heat and fan noise are minimal under normal use, though during heavier workloads you’ll hear the fans kick in slightly, which is expected. For students, professionals, or home users looking for an everyday laptop, this Dell Inspiron offers excellent value, combining a reliable processor, plenty of storage, and a stylish, portable design with the added convenience of a touch screen and convertible hinge. It’s not built for heavy gaming or professional-grade creative workloads, but for day-to-day productivity, streaming, and casual entertainment, it hits a sweet spot. Overall, I’d recommend this model to anyone who wants a dependable, stylish, and versatile 2-in-1 laptop that balances performance and practicality at a reasonable price point.

Laptop runs really good! Just runs a little hot sometimes when under load which is to be expected. Keyboard also feels nice but can lack some tactile feedback on the spacebar. The 12th gen intel i5 really shows its power here though! Highly recommend

It is been 2 months now. The laptop has many pros; light weight, modern design and display is vibrant and clear. However, I can notice that the mouse is a little crazy. its too sensitve and makes it a little uncomfortable to use

Really love this laptop, it’s fast, lightweight, good looking and doesn’t have a ton of terrible programs loaded in from the factory. Touchscreen is functional and the display is awesome.

This was the best investment I've ever made! I had soo many laptop's before this one. It flawlessly lets me navigate using the touchscreen. I love the fingerprint option for unlocking it. Its sleek and not heavy. I use it mainly for my online surverys, emails, social media, streaming services, etc. But I'm confident it can handle more tasks flawlessly too! Great buy from Best Buy!! ;)

I've had this laptop for about a month, and it's been great. I love the flip / touch screen and the picture quality is very good. It's fast and easy to use.

Works perfect. This is one of the best laptops I ever had I have bought three laptops from Best Buy this remains to be the best with regard to speed display and battery life.

My usual computer is a Macbook Air M1. I ordered this one because I've recently opened an Etsy shop and wanted to devote the shop to a separate computer. I am absolutely thrilled with this HP! The keyboard is fantastic (take it from someone with wrist pain). However, I did adjust the mouse sensitivity to make it easier to click, as the factory settings were too stiff. This PC is responsive and fast. My only complaint is that it runs hot when placed on my lap on a blanket. I've ordered a new case with a flap stand to help keep it cool. Right now, there aren't many cases to choose from because this product is so new. You can't go wrong with this one! Enjoy!

Great Deal. HP is always my go to laptop. Best Buy had it for $300 off. Purchased mostly for use at the office. As for the laptop it runs smooth, display quality is full HD, the battery lasts, the sound is good, boots up fast, is touch screen, and HP stylus pen compatible. Also love it has 360 fold.

I bought this laptop for personal use. It has been great so far. For the price, it's a very quick computer and performance is in line with laptops that are much more expensive. Overall, I'm very impressed with the laptop and love working on it. I really like the touchscreen. The screen itself is quite bright and has a crisp display. The fingerprint login in is a nice feature. I have not really used it as a tablet, so I can't comment on that.

It has more than enough memory and speed to get what I want done. I’m really a big user of Microsoft office suite, especially excel. I can have many pages and apps open no problem. The key board is very nice, with a backlight feature. The laptop has a nice battery life I just have to put it to the test with more heavy use. And the only inconvenient thing is I wish it came with a stylus for the touchscreen and using it as a tablet. Also the sound quality isn’t top of the line for watching movies or videos.

I bought this computer online and picked up sin store on April 29th. So far i have LOVED it. Before i had the 360 spectre and it was damaged and i needed something new and not too different from my old computer but still within my price range. I bought this when it was on sale for a great price. I love the touch screen and it works very fast. I can do school work on it as well as play Sims and it never slows down.
