This is my second HP laptop and also my second in the "Envy" family. I appreciate the versatility of the machine, including the touchscreen which is a handy way of maneuvering pages in a quick, easy manner. The laptop is sleek, but a bit heavier than my previous Envy laptop but definitely not a dealbreaker. The laptop definitely gets the job done for my work purposes and travels well. I would recommend it to those looking for a versatile, compact, and wide-ranging computer. For what it's worth, the salesperson at the BestBuy location was superb. Clearly young in age but rather confident and knowledgeable. There was no over-bearing sales pitches or heavy-handed gimmicks, just old-style guidance and expert advice on what would be best to serve my needs. Thanks, BestBuy. Keep up the good work.

I was disappointed at first with this laptop, after booting up for the first time and updating everything it was running slow. Mainly because of it's 8GB of RAM. However after a few days of letting it relax and installing everything (drivers and windows updates), this laptop is flying. The screen is great! A lot better than my Acer Nitro gaming laptop. It still doesn't run Chrome for some reason but Firefox runs perfectly on it. Also have the Microsoft Ergonomic bluetooth mouse which is a perfect combo for this set up. I would recommend this laptop, only other downside is the battery not being all that great but if you're going to use this plugged in all the time or having it unplugged for a short time it'll do great!

Easy to use, love the touch screen, light weight, user friendly.

It is exactly what I was looking for. The touch screen was the catch button for me ! All together is fast, easy to use and navigate in. I also love the fact that it has the option to add what’s up.

Laptop runs really good! Just runs a little hot sometimes when under load which is to be expected. Keyboard also feels nice but can lack some tactile feedback on the spacebar. The 12th gen intel i5 really shows its power here though! Highly recommend

It is been 2 months now. The laptop has many pros; light weight, modern design and display is vibrant and clear. However, I can notice that the mouse is a little crazy. its too sensitve and makes it a little uncomfortable to use

My best yet. Works super fast. Truly the name Envy, everyone likes it. The screen is sharp and the night lights are good. Light weight.

This was the best investment I've ever made! I had soo many laptop's before this one. It flawlessly lets me navigate using the touchscreen. I love the fingerprint option for unlocking it. Its sleek and not heavy. I use it mainly for my online surverys, emails, social media, streaming services, etc. But I'm confident it can handle more tasks flawlessly too! Great buy from Best Buy!! ;)

Really love this laptop, it’s fast, lightweight, good looking and doesn’t have a ton of terrible programs loaded in from the factory. Touchscreen is functional and the display is awesome.

Works perfect. This is one of the best laptops I ever had I have bought three laptops from Best Buy this remains to be the best with regard to speed display and battery life.

My usual computer is a Macbook Air M1. I ordered this one because I've recently opened an Etsy shop and wanted to devote the shop to a separate computer. I am absolutely thrilled with this HP! The keyboard is fantastic (take it from someone with wrist pain). However, I did adjust the mouse sensitivity to make it easier to click, as the factory settings were too stiff. This PC is responsive and fast. My only complaint is that it runs hot when placed on my lap on a blanket. I've ordered a new case with a flap stand to help keep it cool. Right now, there aren't many cases to choose from because this product is so new. You can't go wrong with this one! Enjoy!

I bought this laptop for personal use. It has been great so far. For the price, it's a very quick computer and performance is in line with laptops that are much more expensive. Overall, I'm very impressed with the laptop and love working on it. I really like the touchscreen. The screen itself is quite bright and has a crisp display. The fingerprint login in is a nice feature. I have not really used it as a tablet, so I can't comment on that.

Great Deal. HP is always my go to laptop. Best Buy had it for $300 off. Purchased mostly for use at the office. As for the laptop it runs smooth, display quality is full HD, the battery lasts, the sound is good, boots up fast, is touch screen, and HP stylus pen compatible. Also love it has 360 fold.

It has more than enough memory and speed to get what I want done. I’m really a big user of Microsoft office suite, especially excel. I can have many pages and apps open no problem. The key board is very nice, with a backlight feature. The laptop has a nice battery life I just have to put it to the test with more heavy use. And the only inconvenient thing is I wish it came with a stylus for the touchscreen and using it as a tablet. Also the sound quality isn’t top of the line for watching movies or videos.

I bought this computer online and picked up sin store on April 29th. So far i have LOVED it. Before i had the 360 spectre and it was damaged and i needed something new and not too different from my old computer but still within my price range. I bought this when it was on sale for a great price. I love the touch screen and it works very fast. I can do school work on it as well as play Sims and it never slows down.
