Great computer, especially for the money! his is the one to get if you want light weight, compact footprint, reasonable power, touch screen, and backlit keyboard. Worked perfectly out of the box and ever since. You won't find a better one for normal computing on a very portable device.

It´s a very quick laptop with hi speed. Good definition on display and intuitive support from HP. The look is also very nice and slin. Good to be used on daily activities and also for work related issues.

It’s a great device at this price, flawless performance, cool looking 2in1 laptop from HP. Battery is decent and charging adapter and cable are reasonably long. Screen resolution with touch screen is just amazing. Overall great purchase from Best Buy.

I have not used the laptop for long, but appreciates it is light Weight, charges quickly but I have not used in one sitting after a full charge to see how long the battery last. I like the touchscreen quick response and the video output.

Perfect size and performance for daily use! I bought it to use for working remotely and for daily browsing. It might not be the greatest for gaming or video production, but for everything else, it's definitely worth it.

It has been 2 years since I bought this laptop. Still works great. No issues whatsoever. I think model getting discontinued but highly recommend.

So far, I'm really enjoying this laptop. Its a substancial upgrade from the 2 - low end chrome books ive owned... It's fast and easy to use. Chrome books were fine for community college but this was my upgrade to get my bachelor's, and so far no regrets.

So far, so good. Wish I had another port on the left. I am glad I purchased a smaller laptop. It is much easier to transport it to church for our virtual services. Still have not discovered everything this laptop has to offer. Touch Screen is new to me.

I Really Like This Product. When it comes to Resolution It had very good resolution. The Touch is Very Smooth. It is very good for gaming. The Battery Life is Good. It is the Best Laptop Under Budget. It had Very Good Specifications. I am Giving 4 because The size is small.

It's good for the price and for the sale price I got for it. Though it's frustrating there isn't an audio plug for it and most importantly, the touchpad is way way too big. I need to put a post-it on it to keep from the mouse being manipulated while I try to type. It does what I need it to and it's small and light to carry around which is good.

Very sleek and easy to move on the table — disability friendly in regard to size. Touch screen is useful. Battery life is good. Works best with a mouse because the touchpad sucks, especially with right click.

Easy to use and works well for my needs which are every day basics. Slim design is nice but keyboard seems a litle off or small from my usual. I hit keys that I don't intend to hit and type regularly for my job.

I purchased this item while it was discounted. I desperately needed a work and college computer ever since Windows 11 rolled out, and made my windows 10 obsolete. It came with a free Norton 360 Internet security trial, and Xbox game pass. It gets the job done however everything is a subscription service now. Need to use Excel, pay extra for that, need to use word,pay extra for that, need to use a video editor then pay extra. Overall 5 out of 5.

The new HP laptop replaces a nine year old Lenovo Yoga 2. What a change!! The i5 is quick and the touch screen is fantastic. I love it.
