Is a very smooth laptop. Bought 2 for a charity funtion and they both respond very well the touch screen works great. Nice speed and everything funtioned as it should.

The laptop have a nice design and a good quality screen, but it has few issues, the battery is not really good and the laptop heats up really quick and the screen can freeze sometimes

Not great. Very slow. Battery life is bad. Gets very hot. And the sound is horrible... you have to put your ear to the speaker just to hear anything so I wear ear buds when in use. Also it takes forever to charge it comes with a 65w charger which you can't go higher since that's the max it'll allow. So I mean if you want to use it for an hour and a half and that's on battery saving mode then wait 6 hours for it to charge then I guess this is the laptop for you. I find it sad that hp has gotten so bad they used to be great atleast my old ones were. Luckily i got this when it was on sale for 400 bucks but i don't think it's worth more than a 200 what adds that extra 200 is obviously the backlightening which is good the biometrics which isn't that great and the 2 in 1 touch screen. It's useable as in it'll get you by if you just don't have a phone lol but even as i write this I'm using my phone. So 2 out of 5 stars. For the people who paid full price for it that's crazy i would've returned it right away but for 400 its an ok laptop

Great computer for everyday use..fast and compact enough for easy portability..when on sale you really cant beat the price for a great computer

I bought this laptop for graduate school and it is fast! There are no issues. It updates a lot but I think that’s with all brands. Overall I enjoy the performance.

Love the touchscreen and the size. It is very versatile to watch videos or use it a normal laptop. You cant go wrong if you get this on sale.

gets hot very easily since i first got it. touch screen is helpful, built in mouse not my favorite. log in process with this system is aggravating. I do like that it is easy to take with me since it is small and light.

Lightweight, nice design. Great capacities. I bought it to work on 3d drawings that require a robust system so far this laptop its been great. I also like the look of the design.

It works well for what it does, which is a basic office machine. Did some video editing on it and it worked surprisingly well though it does run out of memory fast. Great for it's price though.
