Love this laptop. It was soooo easy to set up and easy to use. I’m glad the Intel guy was there. He was a big help in deciding which laptop to purchase. The salesperson answered my questions even though he was on the floor by himself. Great experience and great laptop

I love the touch screen, so I don't always need a mouse or finger controls to move around. I also love how the screen flips over to the back so it becomes a tablet, essentially. Nice size screen for me, now that I have retired and no longer need full set up.

Good looking than expected. 2-1 feature is useful as the product is very heavy. The screen and audio quality are good, and looks stylish laptop. Fan is little noisy but turns on in spurts. Overall it's a really solid laptop if someone can get past the downsides. Touch screen is really cool.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned. It's fast, well built, has lots of ports at a great price.

I love this Laptop, its not super powerful but i wasnt expecting it to be. Its pretty basics. Of course you cant run many games on it and can only do basic video editing but for general use its great! The hinge does get a little weak as you keep using the 2in1 feature but that was also expected. Battery is very decent and speakers could be louder.

I love this laptop and love it even more because Best Buy had the best sale price on the internet when I needed to buy this laptop! I highly recommend the HP Envy to anyone who needs a workhorse of a computer for work. And, I seriously suggest checking Best Buy's prices before purchasing anywhere else!!

This is a great laptop for every day, at home use.

I love the laptop. It is small enough to fit my space. It is large enough not to be considered a toy. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to work from home or have a need for the second computer at their workspace if in an office.

I haven’t bought a laptop in over ten years. This was a nice purchase and touch screen and perfect size for me. I wish the battery life can be longer that’s for using it eight hours a day and it’ll still sleep till the next day

I purchased this laptop for my mom as a birthday gift. They had a wonderful Labor Day sale which I took advantage of. She absolutely loves her new laptop. She did the unboxing with me present. It is beautiful, sleek and the graphics are fantastic.
