I am very pleased with this laptop. It does everything I need and I love that it is portable. I've been using desk top computers for 25+ years and after getting used to the laptop - wow, it's nice.

I had purchased this laptop in Sept for my child to use for school. It is convenient to carry due to the weight & small it is. My child can work on her homework & projects easily. I loved it and purchased myself the same laptop for myself to travel around with.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas to replace an almost 6 year old, dying HP laptop, and she loves it. It's perfect for her casual use for taking care of emails, word, streaming, and the occasional game. It's so light and convenient too!

Great product. Have been using it for several weeks now. Met my expectations and even exceeded in some aspects. Finishing is so nice and the sound is great. Fan is silent and doesnt let the machine get too hot even while gaming

Bought on sale. Replaced my 6-year-old 2-in-1 14" Pavilion with this laptop. I use mostly for reports and spreadsheets, and it does a great job. I had this for just under one month and have not had any issues. Great buy at Best Buy!

A great purchase for us so that we can utilize ways to feel connected. We have very limited internet access but our Wi-Fi seems to be able to keep us connected as needed. A purchase that was greatly needed and well waited for. My husband uses it with ease due to being touchscreen.

After 7 years it was time to upgrade to a new laptop. So far I’m please with it. Loving the new technology, I.e. biometric logon, fast response time, backlit keyboard and lighter weight.

This is an excellent purchase, much better than I expected. Both the processing power and memory are decent for both work and personal use. It has ample stoarge and touch screen graphics is quite useful. For the price I am very happy with the performance.

Love it! It is perfect for my needs - functional and just the right size with all the “bells & whistles” I desire. It’s also my first laptop as I have always used a desktop PC along with my iPad. Need the mobility and ease of use of the HP ENVY. AND - The touch screen is the best!

Great value obtaining this on sale. Love the touch screen and the two-in-one foldable screen as well. I've had zero issues with this laptop and use it everyday to watch the market and for general use.
