I bought it last December but the only issue I have with it is the keys are not in the right order. For example, if I press on the @-key, I’ll see a “” on the screen. I’ve tried to resolve this issue (went to see a Best Buy tech specialist but he couldn’t do annything and at that time I couldn’t get a replacement because the warranty had expired). For this reason I’d rate the laptop a 7/10.

It fits my larger than average women's hands. It's got sufficient memory == good choosing on their part for how much to offer. It is sturdy but not too too heavy. I like it.

Great laptop for the price!

I got it to do some light web browsing and document editing and it works with no hiccups. The screen and keyboard are both very responsive and it’s great that they provided a lot of ports with this laptop. Great job HP!
