Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Laptop itself work great, I'm giving it a four star because I have no issues with it's performance, however I do have issue with the battery life, it is no-where near what it is advertised to have and yes, I do realize that the battery life is not always at the top of what it is said to have but, this one is just ridiculously lower than what it is said to have, I have to charge this device far to often.

Good laptop at a great price!

He is enjoying the computer and its features. So far, it has worked very well without issues. He is 12 years old and it is a good size for him. The CPU speed is sufficiently fast and there have been no glitches

We were looking at something totally different. The clerk that helped us, was very good. We explained what we needed, the sales clerk guided us to o this laptop, and it will take my grandson the whole way through college!

Very nice for the price

Best Buy had it for $300 off and I was in the market for a device. Couldn’t really beat the deal. Purchased mostly for school, documents, and office As for the laptop, runs smooth, display quality is decent, sound is good, boots up very fast, and the keys feel okay.

BestBuy made the purchase seamless worth everything really done online. I simply had to walk in and take the product.
