It was a great upgrade from my old one and had almost all the apps loaded that were necessary for me to do my schoolwork.

Fast, easy to type on and the key bored lights up which is perfect for my long night studying to become a nurse. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

Annoying ads

She likes the size and display brightness, but has one issue with it. She’d like to have her background startup screen be a picture of her grandchildren and not the Amazon ads that are required to play during start up or when turning on the screen.

Safe laptop

It was a little slow when I first got it, but now no issues. I was skeptical on HP, but I just use it for email/basic online tasks. So it should hold up. Only negative would be it’s not the sharpest or sleekest. Display quality is a little left to be desired as well.

The staff at the geek squad were very helpful . I will always continue using Best Buy.

Will sometimes begin to run a little slow, but just takes not having too many windows open at a time, maintaining updates and shutting down vs. just closing/letting it sleep.
