    Amazing laptop, perfect for school, gaming and many other things. Fast, easy to type on and the key bored lights up which is perfect for my long night studying to become a nurse. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

    This computer was to replace my old computer that crashed on me. It was a great upgrade from my old one and had almost all the apps loaded that were necessary for me to do my schoolwork.

    It is our 3rd Fire, but the first for my wife. She likes the size and display brightness, but has one issue with it. She’d like to have her background startup screen be a picture of her grandchildren and not the Amazon ads that are required to play during start up or when turning on the screen.

    Overall, so far so good. It was a little slow when I first got it, but now no issues. I was skeptical on HP, but I just use it for email/basic online tasks. So it should hold up. Only negative would be it’s not the sharpest or sleekest. Display quality is a little left to be desired as well.

    Since my hands shake, It took me awhile to get used to the small screen and keyboard. The staff at the geek squad were very helpful . I will always continue using Best Buy.

    Great laptop for daily, personal use. Will sometimes begin to run a little slow, but just takes not having too many windows open at a time, maintaining updates and shutting down vs. just closing/letting it sleep.
