I bought this computer for my high school freshman to use all four years. It is a great computer and functions as expected. The graphics are awesome and the ability to convert it to a tablet was a great selling point!

The laptop i bought from best buy was good. Te service they provided was super. The sales persons are responding to customers in a nice way at Milbury store. Overall, it was a good experience for buying this Envy laptop at Best buy store.

I bought this because i recently started school again and needed it for online textbooks and notes. It does what I need it to do. It is a tad slow, but it's supposed to have the newest generation processing system, so I am not sure if they system itself is slow or just my wifi connection. Its obly slow with connecting anything over the internet.

To start with, Best Buy has never failed me, most of my household electronics, appliances, computers, and accessories are purchased from Best Buy, and I have never been disappointed

Got this as a Christmas gift for our son, so far, he seems very happy with it. This is very first computer; it has nice features does what he likes it to do so far. He is still exploring it but in all Its a good computer for chatting with friends and for his schooling.

Tablet mode is a great feature. I just wish it came with some kind of keyboard cover cause it does feel werid in tablet mode. No issues using it in tablet mode of a key is pressed. Works perfect for my needs.

I think this laptop is a great value. Just enough memory for just every day use for docs, photos, and web surfing. I would recommend a wireless mouse because the track pad is sensitive.

Bought this laptop for college. I was debating between purchasing this laptop and another brand, but chose this one for its build quality, features, and price. Overall, it is a great laptop with no issues.

I love my hp envy 360 its so versatile to use, its a little tough getting open but that might change after its used a few times. It takes time getting used to using numbers at the top in stead of having a key pad, but all in all i would recommend.

Product specs and performance as expected from HP (my 3rd HP laptop). Great value cos purchased on sale. Speedy delivery as advised via email updates. Screen bezel could be smaller and laptop should have USB-C charging head instead of barrel in this day and age (like Lenovo,Dell,Asus) cos adaptor is already 65W.

It is not as user friendly as we had hoped. There is much more navigating and for someone not familiar this is a problem. We requested a laptop like what we were replacing which was easy to use and had a built in disc drive. This one doesn't

This HP laptop is perfect for my daughter, she loves that its also a tablet and flips easy back to a laptop, its perfect for school and way better than just a chromebook! Watch out 6th grade here she comes!!!
