I needed a new laptop for school nothing too fancy. I didn't want to spend $1,000 or more. It has everything I need for a great price. This laptop actually has USB ports! I will never go back to Apple.

Good solid computer for typical office work to programming and documentation. Wish there was an option to opt out of McAfee being pre installed or included in the package. It being able to be treated as a tablet is also helpful when kids need to do school work

Great all around household computer for a 30 year old going back to school part time. I do wish the screen was a tad brighter at its brightest settings, and the speakers arent quite the best, but I use them mostly via bluetooth which Ive had no issues with.

Good laptop. It is a good laptop for a reasonable price.

I have not yet “set up” my new laptop , but my daughter-in-law, who has a masters degree in computer science said that it is a “good buy, and she is going to help me set it up.

I really love this laptop. I use it for college and it’s been amazing.

I bought this one open box but it is an excellent option, so far I have not had any problems, I like it and it is what I was needing.

The HP-ENVY is a Consumer Reports Best Buy, and it is a fine computer for simple tasks. It does have one major design flaw. The power button is located next to the backspace and delete buttons so it is very easy to turn off the computer by accident.

Good value for the money. I had a problem with the first one I got - the keyboard didn’t work right. But Best Buy return was quick and easy and rhe second one is fine.

The laptop is just perfect!! I used it for school and still use it after.

I love my new computer, but I will need someone to help me with some of the features or a phone number I can call to have someone walk me through my questions.

overall pretty happy with the laptop. Looks good, graphics are good, sound is alright, brightness is alright. The finger sensor doesn't always register my finer but sometimes I don't think I put enough pressure. There is a glare on the screen so avoid brightly lit areas. Though overall do not have many complaints.

Very happy with this HP - Envy 2-in-1 14" Full HD Touch-Screen. They grey keyboard with the white letters is perfect for me.

I like the overall look and feel of the laptop. My biggest gripe is the battery life sucks… I have a tendency to lock my laptop and come back to it the next day but this laptop is dead by the next day which I am not used to. I also only get a few hours of work time on a full charge before needing to plug it in. I will say I do appreciate that I can still pick up where I left off if it died but that can’t be good for the laptop long term…? Microsoft word glitches at times but idk if that’s the laptop or Microsoft’s issue, although it has happened often and I’ve never dealt with this particular glitch on any other laptop. Undecided if I’m going to keep, I have two weeks to decide.

Excellent laptop. Great build quality and no issues so far, I have been using this for more than a year now.
