    The product is good. Although it is a chrome book, which is basically a tablet with a keyboard attached. In other words, I like a fully capable laptop which i was deceived that this wasnt. You can not download any softwares at all. You can only use the downloadable apps in the store, browse, watch, stream, thats it.
