Seemingly Discriminatory Practices

Just purchased HP Envy 1 month ago & screen black. Only location I can get to quickly and a distance from Columbia. There 2.30 hours to determine defective and get another one. I had decided not to continue using Onedrive as only 1 computer & paying for storage for OneDrive & goggle. Put my stuff on hard drive and was saving on PC. Asked them to move my stuff that was on hard drive they told me it was 100GB and I had to buy a flash drive and hopefully done by weekend. I get text on Sunday 3/3/24 but don't make it in store until 3/4/24. They give me flash drive & tell me done, I go on computer nothing on flash drive. I ask for supv. he is dismissive and telling me nothing was on my hard drive and they put the one drive on my computer. Da. My paper copy says to move stuff from hard drive to flash drive, when did it change? I had emailed myself a major spreadsheet that was on my PC afraid of loosing. I have a problem with the Manger John, as he's telling me what I did not have on computer on a condensing and discriminatory tone. Note: I had an incident at columbia location which I strongly felt was discriminatory and did not renew my total tech last year, because of it. Now felt like I was dealing with again. I ask for his Manager, he comes back and said in a meeting, then says in a meeting for 1 hour. Felt like a discouragement. Asked if I could get a call, said yes, however Claudia never called. I have a problem with paying for a service that is not on point and seemingly discriminatory. I was already upset with the commute and having to switch out a computer and everything that goes with it. I could have signed into One Drive and brought those docs over myself. I don't understand why I had to wait a weekend for them to not do what they said they were going to do and then not have the right treatment until I asked for a Manager, 3 times, then I was yes Mam' the rest of the time. Totally Unhappy!
