Device broke quickly, Best Buy doesn't care

I spent 2 hours on the phone troubleshooting with HP. I took the device to Best Buy, who were unwilling to support their warrantied item without charging me $150. I declined that and had them send it off to HP to be "fixed." The computer came back a couple of weeks later with the same problem. No one at HP will help, and neither will anyone at Best Buy. I'm sure most of these computers work fine, but after the experience I had, I recommend patronizing neither of these companies. I used to go to Best Buy for all of my device needs, and that has ended now.
