Light and fast I kind of miss the number pad, but I guess it was necessary for size. The thing that bugs me is the search feature on the bottom bar, When I click on it, the screen pops up and then disappears, never to return in that session. I searched the internet, it is a well known flaw of Windows 11. No warnings or fixes were offered before I purchased the laptop.

Battery Sucks

The specs for battery life on the Envy were good so I went with it. The battery life is so bad HP had me ship it back to them for a new battery. That did absolutely nothing, in fact I'd swear it's worse now. Don't expect any more than 2.5 - 3 hours of moderate use before the screen saver comes on and you're looking to plug in. Terrible.
