    I bought this laptop 17 days ago. Battery and fan are on the side and it runs SO hot I can barely type on it. My dogs even move away because of the heat. It’s not blocked, it’s on my lap. The fact that it’s now non returnable after literally 17 days is beyond me. I will no longer buy another HP or shop at Best Buy.

    I bought my computer and within 15 days a key broke. For my work I travel between countries and where I am now HP n One provides support. Do not buy this computer, it is of poor quality.
