Overall does the job. I don't use the touch screen as much as I thought. The finger recognition doesn't work 95% of the time and the speakers are the worst on this, you can't hear a much. Every time someone uses my laptop they always have something to say about the speakers on it unfortunately. I would not recommend this unless it's significantly cheaper.

Product works well. No issues with the product at this time.

Horrible and not satisfactory. Issues with being able to connect to emails (issues with Apple apps) and unable to download printer drivers despite connecting with cable. Although like the touch screen.

I've been very happy with HP laptops, BUT I got an open box (excellent) from BB and the internet seems to be quite slow. In side-by-side comparisons, this laptop is much slower when loading web pages. BB's tech team made a few updates yesterday, but still slow. Unfortunate as I will probably return what is otherwise a fantastic machine. FYI comparison machine is a 2021 13.3" Envy i7 evo 12 gb 1tb ssd and I absolutely love it (except the lack of an x360 hinge, but that's on me).

I was so excited to get this laptop but sadly it was locked and we were unable to use it… you always take a gamble on an open box product. But the item was pristine other than that and I was able to return with no issues so I am giving it 3 stars.

It is ok if you are not busy you can use this laptop

Compact powerhouse. Keyboard backlight would be nice.

I have this computer almost a month. The features are amazing except that it has twice decided not to power on. The first time I was able to go online and find a way to get it back on but the second time I had to take it back to best buy. I was told to not let it go to sleep and avoid letting the battery go dead and if it happens again to bring it back. This was purchased for my daughter's first year of college and I am neevouse tgat it will stop working while shes away and how will she get to Best Buy for assistance?

It’s good but only if you work on it at home or somewhere where you can plug it in. The battery life sucks. Lasts maybe 3 hours if lucky. The rest I love the only reason I haven’t returned it

It is a nice computer and the picture shows beautifully. I have a problem with the battery life. It is terrible and does not last very long. this is so disappointing. Otherwise this would be an excellent computer for a great price.

All things about this laptop is fine and good except battery life timing is not more than 2 hours while working or without working on it.

Great processing speed. The only down side to this laptop is the speaker is located at the bottom which has a negative effect on the max volume.

The laptop was really pretty, the screen has a good resolution however, unfortunately this item was too heavy for me and it was also pretty slow therefore i had to return it.

I had to return this computer as I couldn't even get past the set up stage. My internet was working and yet the computer would not connect to the network. It may have been a driver issue.

Love the specks and laptop but I had to return mine as the laptop was running hot while I was running programming tools. I could feel the heat on my fingers while using keyboard.
