Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Envy 2-in-1 laptop's performance, ease of use, and lightweight design. Many appreciate the touch screen, long battery life, and ample storage. The compact size is also frequently praised. While some users noted the laptop can get warm during extended use and the fan can be noisy at times, these issues appear to be less prevalent than positive feedback.

It was good for a few months. Had a few issues. Lag. Pen input issues. But then it started to give me the blue screen. It would restart and blue screen again and so forth. It did it up to 20 times in a row. Everyday or other day. We took it to Geek squad and they said theirs no issue at all. But we are still having lag issue and blue screen issues.

This is a nice laptop. It's just not the one for me. Navigating the OS, getting my apps and the numbers are on top and I'm use to them on the side.

Excellent for everything but photo and video editing. I just wasn’t impressed by the HD streaming quality, wasn’t very sharp.

Excellent purchase at a great price. Hope to get many years of service out of a quality built HP Envy laptop.

The speed is slower than expected. Also, it would be more user friendly if numbers were on the right side.

Maybe it will get better, but the most basic solution I was looking for out of a computer - photo storage - has been an absolute nightmare. Everything syncs with one drive, so despite buying a 1TB computer to allow for a lot of storage, it’s seemingly impossible to circumvent one drive (and the itty bitty 5GB that comes with it) to store on the device itself. I have to import some photos - also a MISERABLE experience - move to local drive, delete, and repeat. Importing the photos themselves is also an absolutely terrible user experience, the most that have imported thus far without “losing connection to the device” (which mind you, I can still see it’s connected, it’s the import that fails) … is < 300, but more often than not I’m lucky if I get 50 imported without issue. Overall, I fail to see how this device is going to be a good purchase, if it can’t even complete the simplest of tasks. Stick with Mac, windows proves once again they pale in comparison.

After a week of purchasing this product, I found myself not liking it for 2 reasons. 1. Too many pop up advertisements ! 2. Too many pop ups related to virus protection !! The pop ups are constant and extremely annoying. I purchased a Chrome book laptop for my wife and it doesn’t have nearly as much pop ups as the HP Envy.
