    So far so good. It is used primarily for email. I wish it had one with the Microsoft services.

    bought it as an open box. good laptop it's just that bluetooth isn't working. Returned it and exchanged.

    Unhappy customer - Best Buy does not CARE!!

    Within 2 weeks of purchase the laptop was overheating. I took it back to Best Buy and spoke with the manager, who prompt me told me that I either had to pay for their service repair service or contact HP to file a warranty claim. I used to buy electronics from Best Buy under the assumption that they are a reputable company that sells and backs quality products. I no longer believe that, as it is now "buyer beware" and once you pay for it, you are on your own. I do not recommend this laptop or Best Buy!!

    I bought this item from BestBuy in August 2023. It has been one issue after another since then. 1. The camera failed despite numerous attempts to update drives. It is disappointing because I work from home and must be on video calls with teammates regularly. 2. The fingerprint reader is inconsistent and now seems to be failing. 3. The laptop is super slow even for essential functions - it won't boot as fast and can take ages to open primary documents like pdf. 4. Frustratingly, I am not in the US, so I can't find my way back to BestBuy, and every attempt to use their online platform to report has failed miserably It is a frustrating buy- I wouldn't recommend this laptop even for essential functions. It is too sluggish, heavy compared to its competitors, and unreliable.

    The laptop was supposed to be white. It is silver. On my second visit to the store, he said that sometimes his eyes can't tell the difference between silver and white. At no time did he apologize nor did he inquire about giving me the one I wanted. I have made 3 visits to the store trying to correct my purchase . I don't feel like a valued customer.

    Don’t love this buy. The screen cracked after I barely used it. I don’t know how it could have broken. Cost me $300 to fix it. When I took it to the repair guy, he literally said…these are garbage.

    Never buy HP product again. Customer support is very complicated. I have started experiencing software cash after an update. Tried all diagnostics as recommend by Hp noting worked. I was traveling internationally and asked them I can drop of the laptop in near by store. They insisted it has to be done in United States. After returning to states called HP and requested to schedule a pickup. They said we have to rerun diagnostics before picking up. This process is frustrating and time consuming. Felt apple service is much better.

    This laptop would not connect to the internet, I even replaced my Wi-Fi boxes thinking that was the issue however after returning my SECOND HP Envy I realized it was just the laptop. I am not one to write reviews however this laptop was just a hassle and forget getting help for HP.

    I cancel my purchase as Best Buy did not complied with the delivery condition of the gods. Best buy did not have the product in the day it was promised to delivery. Best buy sell something that they did not have and could not. It was the worst purchase experience, a deception on my first Cyber Monday and my first and last and last purchase with best buy. Just lost time. I was really think that Best Buy was a Serious company. But I also have problem to cancel my subscription on the Best Buy site, that I try several times to cancel, but I continue to receive email and contacts. The system is so good that asked me to evaluate a cancelation purchase. Could you cancel my subscription on all the best buy data information. Thanks, Tania
