Internet drops every few minutes. If you do video calls, having it freeze constantly is awful. It is not a router or bandwidth issue, as I've tested with it being the only device on the network, and no other device on the network struggles when they are connected. I should have done more research before purchasing, rather than just listening to the sales rep/store employee, as looks like others have internet issues with this model too.

Like the reviewers before me, the battery life sucks, GREATLY. If you use it for work, like me, I can't get 4 hours out of it before I have to find an outlet to plug into. Plus it drain while it is turned off. I charge it the night before (100%). Turn it on the next morning and it's down to 75%

I was trying to ditch Apple products by switching to HP and I was so disappointed. The key board is so stiff, and the touchpad needs a lot if pressure to be applied to work. Needs to be charged constantly. Returned.

5 months after purchase the camera don't work. battery life is bad, full charge lasts no mre than 2.5 hrs

This laptop worked great until it didn’t, I lost both the wifi and bluetooth on this laptop and it wasn’t even a month old I’m glad I purchased the $179 warranty that best buy offers and returned this laptop.

I placed a order on 19th Oct to get new laptop on thanksgiving and got confirmation for 24th Friday for pickup and till now I didn’t receive my laptop status is showing delayed

I only had the Lap Top two years and it stopped working total trash. Don’t buy it.

Stopped working soon after, as in wouldn't turn on at all even after being charged. Bought new!

Battery life is terrible and the search bar doesn’t allow me to search for apps when I have another app open which is weird

Have other Envys and have been very happy. Purchased this 14" and it would connect to my router, but showed that there was "no internet".......even though I have very strong connection on my other devices on Spectrum. I spent 2 1/2 hours with HP support.....and finally had to give up because they could not get it working. I figured it was just a bad machine, so ordered another one to replace it. When I received the 2nd one it did EXACTLY the same thing ! I have returned both of them and am now looking for another Envy model.

Happy with product, the process i had to go through in stor3 to buy was not worth it, buy online.

Terrible battery life would only last 2-3 hours had to charge every time during class. Wifi connection would drop occasionally had to do full resets in the middle of lectures. Refresh rate was not up to standards.

This is a very poorly made laptop. It’s brand new, and it has had a problem with overheating the first week. And overheating continues to be an issue. The sound is just okay. The screen is naturally dim. It’s slow. You can’t use it as a tablet because the overheating worsens.

Was working great and after 5 month of light using the screen stopped working.

Laptop is too slow, it takes time to load apps. Not worth the price

I bought this computer 3 weeks ago and the battery is always lowbattery and sometimes I never used I don't know is they sell me as a new Laptop but is refurbished.

Laptop specs met all my requirements but you WILL have issues with wifi connectivity. Expect to spend 1-2 hours on YouTube running through troubleshooting. Mine still has issues. I would not recommend this laptop for that reason alone.

Screen is small Internet wont connect Battery problem- if you are working continuously the battery stays only one hour.

Good Laptop but mouse keypad is not good. also, speaker sound is less volume.

Less than a year and this computer doesn’t hold battery life. Has to be plugged in to use.
