I've had a very good experience with this laptop. I've had it for a year, and it's been solid. The performance has been amazing, this laptop does not take forever to load when started and has very good processing speed. I've used this laptop for my work and personal use and It's been great!.

I needed a laptop for my personal business. This is the best purchase I've made yet. It is easy to use. I enjoy listening to music while I'm doing work. I love the touchscreen. Graphics is great. Battery lasts quite a while with all of the work that I do. Bought it at a great price.

The sound quality is excellent and the screen is nice and bright, perfect for watching shows and movies. The touch screen is a plus, super neat feature that I love using! The laptop works great! It is super fast, light in weight which makes it travel friendly and also has a long lasting battery. This laptop was expensive even at the HP store but I got a great deal at the best buy sale. I’m extremely thrilled with the purchase.

So far this laptop is great for all my needs. I am an engineering student and really wanted to buy something that has a lot of storage, tablet/laptop capabilities for easy note taking in class. The only thing that I am worried about is that the graphics card might not live up to my needs. I have not had a chance to try it out yet. I might update my review once that time comes around.. Other great things about this laptop are the display! It's bright and the backlight keyboard is great for late night study sessions. The battery life on this is AMAZING. I think I went 5 hours straight until I finally needed a charge. The camera also has great quality. I was pretty impressed with how clear it was for a laptop cam. It's a little smaller than expected but it means it's lighter which I can't complain about. Cons are that the speakers suck, and the mousepad doesn't register sometimes but that can be fixed with a wireless mouse. The 14" screen size is a little too small for my needs, but thats just personal choice.

Bought this on a sale when it was $800! Finding a 16GB Laptop for less than $1K was becoming very difficult until I found this one, especially with a 1TB SSD. The performance has been very good and so is the built/quality of the device which is really sturdy. Definitely a great choice if you are not focussed on the graphics aspect (for Gamers). Would be my recommendation for anyone looking for a high-end configuration but for a modest price.

Only had the laptop for a week but really like it. Just the right size at 14 inches and the I7 processor, 16 gigs of ram and SSD drive make it very responsive. Touch screen is also a nice feature. I would recommend this laptop and got it on sale at a great price at Bestbuy.

I need a budget laptop for school and this is what I ended up getting. I have had it over a year now and there are two things that I have disliked about it during that time. Cons: 1. Easily overheats, which runs the fan at full speed and sounds like an airplane getting ready for takeoff. Not sure why it gets so hot, but it does. 2. Be prepared for any restarts to take a really long time or even completely freeze and not continue on past the thinking circle. Not every restart is like this, but 95% of the time that is what happens. I actually read reviews before purchase and both of these were mentioned in those reviews as well. I thought maybe it wasn’t as bad as mentioned, but I was wrong. Pro: - I like the size, easily transportable - I really like that you can open it all the way and use just the touch screen feature - I liked the finger print scan for login, but mine stopped working a few months ago - as far as operating system and programs, everything runs smoothly. I am only using it for school work, so it doesn’t have a heavy load like my gaming laptop. Only software/OS issue I have is when it updates and performs a restart, I end up stuck on the start up screen with the endless loading circle. If you have patience to wait for restarts and you only need this for web browsing or basic school programs, this is a decent budget laptop. If you think the cons will make you lose your mind, because believe me I am almost there, then look elsewhere.

It has everything I expected (high RAM, big hard drive, good speed, touchscreen) and some things I didn’t (sharp appearance, fingerprint detector, great price).

Bought for my daughter for college. The price was excellent and it has plenty of speed and space for her needs. She has been using it a lot lately and really likes the 2 in 1 laptop. As of this time we are very satisfied with our purchase.

This is a great computer. The 16GB memory along with the 1TB SSD made this computer a great find. I purchased it on sale which made it even better. The touch screen along with the fingerprint sensor just adds to its value. My old computer was an HP approximately 12 years old and I migrated it with updates to windows 10. It had 8GB ram and 1 TB hard drive, but it doesn't compare to the new one. I paid to have the Geek Squad migrate all the data (including pictures) to the new computer. Everything transferred flawlessly. I am 78 years old, and I would recommend that the average person do this. I purchased this computer a little over a month ago and I highly recommend it.

Really great laptop. Bought it for my mom as a gift because I had the previous envy hp model. Compact, light, easy to use, fast processing speed, huge hard drive. Just overall good product.

This is a great laptop. I'm simple, my usage is simple, so I needed a unit that wasn't complicated to operate. It's lightweight and sleek. The processor is fast, I have plenty of memory and storage too.
