HP customer service is not able to get me either the mother board replacement or the device replacement as they have supply chain issues and we are beyond the return period of the product. we are currently sitting with a dead rock.

Unfortunately I was travelling out of US and couldn't return the product within the delivery timeline. Now have to chase the HP service centre to fix the product defect.

We switched it out for a Microsoft and noticed a HUGE difference. Buy the extra $179 protection so you can return within 60days …. So happy we did.
