He has had no problems getting all his software added for college and is already using it for a summer class. He is a very happy young man and I am a happy mamaw! Love helping my grandsons with quality purchases from Best Buy. Our support when picking this computer was fantastic! Thank you Best Buy for a great experience.

Terrible battery life & loud/overheating fan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery only lasts 20-30 minutes after a full charge, after just 21 days of use. Fan is extremely loud and computer overheats after just a couple of minutes of email/normal usage. Makes the "laptop" function completely useless. Unfortunately both Best Buy and HP directly refused to address any of these issues because it was 6 days outside of the 15-day return window. Have spent multiple hours on the phone and chat with both customer service teams to no avail. Extremely disappointing product and service. Ended up buying direct from a different brand as a replacement as this is not usable for work, and our company will not be shopping at either Best Buy or HP again.
