Do not purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only lasted 10 months before running error codes warning me not to further use the computer or it could cause damage.. as I was still under warranty I contacted go support.. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE over 6 hours wasted running test after test on the phone with horrible csr nothing solved the problem, and I was told to pay for a flash drive to reset the software after spending all that time and being under warranty?! Mind you the problem is clearly hardware related and now my computer has suffered greater damage after the “testing” ran… still no solution, a broken computer, and unhelpful agents . To think I paid nearly the cost of a MacBook never again will I purchase hp….

The cursor will disappear randomly, and it is tedious work to get it working again. The sound will also stop working regardless of what you do to try to get it back on. I've had to contact/call support twice already. This laptop is for school use and it hardly delivers. Too much troubleshooting for a brand new computer, not even a year old yet. DO NOT BUY. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
