I chose this laptop since the specs were in line with what I was looking for and it has lived up to my expectations. Works quickly, runs my games and programs for homework, and it's lightweight so not too bulky. I'm not really a tablet girl usually so I don't necessarily need the 2-in-1 feature but it does come in handy when I'm doing something that requires more clicking

Very sleek, clean and tight design. Processing power is great. Streamline setup with add-on programs and software. Love the interface of touch screen and accuracy of the touch screen. Light and compact, no screen glare and resoultion is phenomenal. Can be used as a base for optimal gaming laptop. Very good pricing for all the bells and whistles it has included e.g. finger print reader, facial reader, privacy lock and cover for camera and more. Overall a great laptop.

Just the right size for being portable. Slim and trim, I like the silver color. Priced for me at the right amount.

Purchased the product for my son in August for school. I liked setting it up and using it so much, I bought myself one. Set up was fairly easy. The touch screen feature is great (besides cleaning the fingerprints), easy to access items. Felt price was comparible to other computers but has more memory. I have had a Lenova and it gets very warm. I do not notice this with the HP. Picture quality is also very good.

Nice laptop at a decent price. Quick response at start up. However, I have had a few "glitchy" issues that probably more to deal with the software. Battery life is nowhere close to what is advertised. I get maybe 2-3 hours of work tone out of a fully charged battery. Fans tend to be noisy and the unit does get very hot underneath.

Computer is fast, great graphics and compact, long battery life

I purchased this computer for my mom. She really likes it since the screen is not too big nor too small, just the perfect size. I purchased this while it was on sale and it's a great deal since it has a good processor. Love the touch screen feature as well as how it turns into a tablet. The only thing is that it does not come with a stylus as a previous HP computer did and does not come with a case for it either. Overall great computer for home use.

I love this laptop. The 360 degree turn into a tablet to a touch screen is what bought me. I use it for gaming, watching movies and some It's light, small and just as powerful and fast as the 15" that I replaced. The added 1TB hard drive is more than enough storage that I will never run out of. Best Buy had the best price package available and on sale. Their customer service was awesome in helping me make my decision in this purchase. Thanks.

Wow. I bought this laptop for nursing school. I don't like apple products so HP is my go to. This 2-in-one is perfect for my needs. It's able to keep up with my work, store all my files, and it's easy to use. I'm so happy with my purchase and highly recommend it for students especially.

This was purchased for my daughter going into her first year of college. As a non-tech person, this was easy for me to set up. Feedback from her is very positive. It has worked with all her labs and programs used so far. The mouse was a little glitchy for her once, but has been good otherwise. Not too heavy for her backpack and battery life is excellent. All in all she is very happy with it

I really like the computer. It has a very large screen which I like for streaming and my job. It is much faster than my previous computer.
