Excited to try out this portable laptop, fast and vivid

This HP laptop is perfect for our needs. The solid-state HD is large and the laptop has more than enough RAM for the type of computing needs we have. The touch screen is an added bonus.

My wife is an author, and her old laptop was giving her a lot of trouble. And while I’m a tech dude, she is tech challenged. So she really wanted a laptop that was easy, keyboard action that’s not overly sensitive that has just enough resistance, and was pretty basic. It’s a two in one laptop/tablet and the computer housing is made out of quality material which feels sturdy She did a little research and found this laptop. Best Buy made it easy to buy, by opening an account and allowing for payments. The employees at Best Buy are competent, answered all of our questions and are friendly. She’s been completely happy with it and it serves her purpose.

This is a really good computer. I wish I could give it a 4 star However, the battery life is a disappointment! If your job is geared to do data spread sheets, excel sheets; word documents, slide shows, and presentations it will get the job done. But!!!!!!!!! The battery drains way too fast. It over heats about a few hours. Cooling fan does kicks in but you will get startled when your laptop starts whirling. I thought it was breaking but it’s just the fan turning on. Good picture and video screen quality. It’s fast only if your internet is also in high speed. If it’s slow then the computer could take a few. It’s a love or hate thing.

Love this laptop. It flips over completely to make for great photo editing. Love how much storage it has.
