Nothing about it I don't like- size, display Touch screen- screen lays flat!!!

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with this product. The quality is outstanding, setup was simple, and it performs exactly as described—if not better. It’s been a reliable addition to my daily routine, and I appreciate the thoughtful design and durability. Definitely worth the price. I would absolutely recommend it to others!

My wife is an author, and her old laptop was giving her a lot of trouble. And while I’m a tech dude, she is tech challenged. So she really wanted a laptop that was easy, keyboard action that’s not overly sensitive that has just enough resistance, and was pretty basic. It’s a two in one laptop/tablet and the computer housing is made out of quality material which feels sturdy She did a little research and found this laptop. Best Buy made it easy to buy, by opening an account and allowing for payments. The employees at Best Buy are competent, answered all of our questions and are friendly. She’s been completely happy with it and it serves her purpose.

Purchased to use while obtaining my baccalaureate. Never had an issue while doing research for many hours, video recording or making PowerPoints.

This laptop is the perfect balance of affordability and quality. I use it primarily for photo editing and it is able to run multiple software programs at the same time and still be lightning fast!

This laptop is very convenient to carry on planes and to meetings. The battery is good for all day meetings with no need to find a plugin. It is fast to connect even in hotel meeting rooms. I took this laptop to a four day meeting in DC just before Labor Day and it performed fabulously. I would recommend this laptop to business people as well as students.

I've been without a laptop for a while since my old one died. So far I'm delighted with everything about this machine except that it has Windows 11. (I may be a dinosaur, but everything after Windows 7 stinks) Of course, that's not the computer's fault. Anyway the specs on this for the price were great and so far I'm not disappointed, though I may add more RAM in the near future.
