So far the laptop is working well with my docking station, monitors and keyboard. I did have to buy speakers and a microphone in order to get sound and video to work while plugged into the docking station. I have not traveled with it yet, but I think the size will be great for fitting in my backpack or laptop bag.

Great computer my husband loves it. He’s always on it. The screen is big. That helps him. See it better.

Compact but has everything I need. It had the best specs that I could afford. Chrome browser makes the computer run hot. Edge browser does not make it run hot and drain battery. Can't get my HP printer connected to it which is odd since it's the same brand. Besides that, I still recommend this laptop.

Super fast processing speed, great display with 1 TB SSD. I also love that it can conveniently be used as a touch screen tablet. I defiantly recommend this device to anyone that is looking to making a new purchase either for high school, college, business needs, or personal use!

Very good laptop. Easy to use and very good touchscreen. Not using it for heavy computing but very good and fast for daily usage.

Love its touchscreen and can use a pencil to draw for all my school work, easy to use and good huge memory. Battery life after 1 year of use is abit low, that’s the only challenge

I came to Best But Marysville WA store to purchase laptop. I was in dirty clothes and looked like homeless person. But i was just coming from work very tired. Very nice gentleman asked me if he could help me with anything. I told him I am looking to see how much are laptops. He spent good 40 minutes explaining and comparing laptops and found ine I liked and I bought it. So if you ask me how was my experience. It was amazing, in 40 minutes I left not only with laptop I love now but also educated on how and what about my laptop. I wish I would remembered his name, but he is selling computers in BestBuy Marysville, go and find elderly gentleman there , he is the best!!!!

The laptop's bright display and elegant design combine to give excellent performance. Because of its effective multitasking. Its battery life might be increased, nevertheless, for longer use. All in all, a good option to buy.

Great laptop till I dropped it and cracked the display after owning it for a year. Still can use but had to disable touchscreen capabilities. Main challenge is the battery life is awful. Didn't realize how valuable the fingerprint reader was for signing into to multiple sites until I had one. If it wasn't for the battery life I'd definitely get it again.

Love this laptop! Touchscreen feature helps me a lot because I have arthritis in my hands. The only negative I find with this laptop is battery time. Seems like it does not hold a battery for very long. But, I have not had a laptop in 15 years so it may be normal. My iPad battery keeps a charge for over a week. This laptop has to be charged every single day.

Love the updated interface and backlit keyboard. Has been a joy to use and link to windows option is very useful. Size and weight is perfect for being on the go but needing a big screen to do precise detail oriented work.

I've had this computer for about a month and I really like it. My 5 star rating is for the computer and not the operating system, which is Windows 11. What I don't like is the little issues with Windows 11. My previous laptop had Windows 10 and it worked great. Windows 11 needs some work. Really small things like some software that I have on my Windows 10 laptop will not work or doesn't work properly in Windows 11. The search bar on the task bar doesn't work. Apparently this is a well known problem with Windows 11. Items that have been pinned to the task bar disappear. These issue were apparent during the 14 day Best Buy return period but I decided to keep the computer because I like it. I just hope Microsoft will fix the problems with Windows 11 and soon. Not interested in going back to Windows 10 at this point.

This is a perfect laptop for college students or people on the go. Quick start up and all the specs you will need to get you through the next few years. Easy to use and a sturdy product. Made my life a lot easier. Good job HP.
