Amazing Computer at a Best Buy price! Great specs, great color, great speed just an excellent computer. Buy one you will enjoy this HP 14 inch laptop.

sleek and fast. a big change from my desktop. A bit chopping: when hooked to my two monitors, but still better than my 2018 desktop! I keep the lid down and just use 2 monitors. Glad I figured out how to do that ;-)

Great product and love the price as well. It was exactly what I needed to get for my school program and love that is touch screen and very silk looking.

The laptop performance is top notch. There isn't any kind of inconvenience caused while using this laptop. The screen resolution quality and other features are awesome.

Great performance, Awesome display, battery could be a little improved, when comparing to MacBook Air M1 with same price range. But because it's Windows with Intel, we all know the hassle, it's still worth a good 4.5 stars

I got this laptop for my school and it’s been in my room since I got it and I really like it the size the quality is perfect.

I was an HP user in 2015 and wasn't too enthusiastic about my experience then. I then went to Dell which was clunky and then to a Samsung Flexbook which I really liked for its portability and quickness. I came back to an HP in 2023 with this purchase. I am two weeks in and can't return it but it's going well so far. It isn't as dinosaur like with a large screen but no so small as a 13" is. I am not using for anything strenuous so it is holding up. Battery does take quite a while to fully charge and it loses charge quickly for a new computer. The only thing I am wary of is the pre-installed software which I am trying to delete. It is worth the sale price of $649.

Product is very good and performance of the laptop is good and I got a small issue with thermal fans but fortunately It got covered in warranty with good response

Though this was an open box item, the machine is solid and it had zero cosmetic issues for being a floor model. This little guy packs a punch and the staff was wonderful.

Easy purchase at the store, love this laptop! It’s compact, light, but powerful. I recommend highly for home use or even normal business tasks. I especially love the thumbprint option of login.

This computer is sturdy, lightweight, practical, easy to have and move around and the processing time and system are amazing. If you need to do fast and complex activities this is your call.

I bought this Laptop as gift for one of my nephews because he has started the University , I was nervous because I don’t know much about these ones, I had some descriptions of my nephew and the person who attended me at the BestBuy shop in Mt. Juliet TN was super helpful and explain me really well about what I was looking for , so he made my experience easier and so far my nephew just loves his gift . Thank you Best Buy ! By the way I got my Credit card and my purchase as been so easy and I have 24 months without interest to pay it , which is great deal to me , for sure I will buy again in Best Buy !

I love this computer I use it every day since I bought it. I has never lagged and it is a good computer for its price.

A great laptop for school or work. It runs smoothly while having a few word documents open whilst on a zoom meeting. While its not a gaming laptop it can run a surprising amount of games very well.

This is a very solid computer, and especially for the price point. I run two monitors and around 20 internet tabs as well as Zoom and such and it doesn't slow down.

Works great it was a graduation present for my Granddaughter going to college she’s very happy with it
