I bought this Laptop as gift for one of my nephews because he has started the University , I was nervous because I don’t know much about these ones, I had some descriptions of my nephew and the person who attended me at the BestBuy shop in Mt. Juliet TN was super helpful and explain me really well about what I was looking for , so he made my experience easier and so far my nephew just loves his gift . Thank you Best Buy ! By the way I got my Credit card and my purchase as been so easy and I have 24 months without interest to pay it , which is great deal to me , for sure I will buy again in Best Buy !

Works perfect i like it and it really does the job

Easy purchase at the store, love this laptop! It’s compact, light, but powerful. I recommend highly for home use or even normal business tasks. I especially love the thumbprint option of login.

I was an HP user in 2015 and wasn't too enthusiastic about my experience then. I then went to Dell which was clunky and then to a Samsung Flexbook which I really liked for its portability and quickness. I came back to an HP in 2023 with this purchase. I am two weeks in and can't return it but it's going well so far. It isn't as dinosaur like with a large screen but no so small as a 13" is. I am not using for anything strenuous so it is holding up. Battery does take quite a while to fully charge and it loses charge quickly for a new computer. The only thing I am wary of is the pre-installed software which I am trying to delete. It is worth the sale price of $649.

So far, this laptop has been a great purchase. It has everything I need and is very fast, unlike my previous laptop. I am very happy that my experience with Best Buy personnel led me to this purchase.

This is a very solid computer, and especially for the price point. I run two monitors and around 20 internet tabs as well as Zoom and such and it doesn't slow down.

I have been very pleased with the ease of set up and use of this laptop. I work daily on a laptop, but I had not actually set up one in years.

The compact size and high configuration just made my wife so happy, I am very much thankful to find this elegant looking laptop which folds like charm and cool but simple design.

A great laptop for school or work. It runs smoothly while having a few word documents open whilst on a zoom meeting. While its not a gaming laptop it can run a surprising amount of games very well.

This laptop is faster, better than I thought. Is durable, easy to handle, fits everywhere, and battery lasts enough for me to get all my work done....

This computer was bought for college. The features of this computer make it a must have. Touch screen and fast charging makes the flexibility of this computer better then any other available.

The user interface is what I expect from a Microsoft product. I purchased this laptop because it has the touch screen option so I can pair it with a pen. I design graphic art, and this works well. It was heavier than I expected. It does not have a ten key pad.

High quality laptop. Touchscreen works great. Easily converts to a tablet. Would definitely buy again.

My last laptop gave out in the middle of my presentation. I love the replacement and the features including the touchscreen, My students love it also.

Great laptop for our off to college student. Has everything he could need and more, plus 1TB of storage makes it almost impossible to run out of space for all of his music, photos, and school work.

Fast good storage, has everything you need for a work laptop. No adapters needed for flash drives or storage devices. I would highly recommend!
