Good use experience before sudden display failure

I had to return this item, fortunately I could return it as it was the last day of the return period. I think this is just an exceptional failure. Overall the uses experience is good.

I have never had a laptop before (only desktops) and I find it overwhelming! Luke, the Tech guy who came out was wonderful! He was so patient, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I knew to ask. Unfortunately I didn't ask enough. I would like to recommend that you offer classes on how to maneuver a laptop for those of us who are technology challenged!

Third Time is Hopefully a Charm

Even though my 2nd ENVY is only about 2 years old, the memory was almost full because of the number of photos I take. The new one has 1TB and I also have a 4TB external hard drive. The first ENVY also had 1TB, but the battery died and cannot be replaced. I am still getting the new one set up and getting used to the slight differences.
