Great specs for the price

It turned out that the specs I ended up wanting were a UHD resolution and so I exchanged it for a model that had a higher screen resolution, but, it cost more than this one. If I hadn't decided I wanted the higher resolution, this model was totally worth it.

Good use experience before sudden display failure

I had to return this item, fortunately I could return it as it was the last day of the return period. I think this is just an exceptional failure. Overall the uses experience is good.

I have never had a laptop before (only desktops) and I find it overwhelming! Luke, the Tech guy who came out was wonderful! He was so patient, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I knew to ask. Unfortunately I didn't ask enough. I would like to recommend that you offer classes on how to maneuver a laptop for those of us who are technology challenged!

Perfect for any student

The touch screen takes some getting used to. I never had a touch screen before. Now that I do, I wouldn't say I like it for computer/laptop. I will research if there is a way to shut it off. Overall everything else is excellent.

Although not designed as a gaming computer I run a majority of my games on this with no issue and I like that I can stand it up so it looks like just a screen.
