    I just bought this, but it is my 3rd HP ENVY laptop. Even though my 2nd ENVY is only about 2 years old, the memory was almost full because of the number of photos I take. The new one has 1TB and I also have a 4TB external hard drive. The first ENVY also had 1TB, but the battery died and cannot be replaced. I am still getting the new one set up and getting used to the slight differences.

    I am satisfied so far with the computer. The only problem I have had is getting everything set up, downloaded, accounts (Microsoft, 365, loading files from my old computer) installed is cumbersum and confusing, especially for a 70 year old man with no teenager around to help me. Hopefully, when I get everything set, this rating will earn a fifth star.
