Very impressive so far! The speed is so much better than previous laptop.

I love my new HP Laptop. I purchased it over the phone which went very smoothly. The equipment was sent to the house in a timely fashion ready to be set up. I am homebound so I use my computer every day. This has been an easy transaction an I would reccomend Best Buy to anyone.

This model is good and working speed is also fast as we expected. This product is fit as Provisionally work.

I am rough on electronics and put them through the ringer. Its holding up well even though it has been dropped on pavement out of my truck with no protection a number of times. The aluminum case has denfs and dings but no problems.

Nice purchase, it’s a super fast laptop and very smooth keypad.

Upgraded my laptop to something smaller and this is perfect my previous HP was great but a little bigger and was wanting to downsize. Meets all my work, research and leisure needs. Great picture quality. Love that I can go from laptop to tablet mode. Very happy with this purchase.

It is an excellent laptop with various features. The only thing I genuinely want to say is that it doesn't have the option of multipurpose SD card instead it has micro SD card. Thats where I got little disappointed but overall I can give 99/100

Working good and it is so easy to buy something from different options.

Its rhe nicest laptop ive had in a long time. So far it works for what i need and its easy to navigate however i keep getting a random error message when im trying to set up chrome.. and thats annoying.

Quite pleased with the purchase. No problem with the computer. Faster start and faster battery recharge. Only problems i have is changes in Windows , 10 to 11, and using Bing instead of Google, a good computer for the money.

I just purchased this, after finding out it's on Sale and jumped at the opportunity. Overall though, besides the color scheme reminding me of my old Chromebook Spin 314 I had and the screen flickering randomly on me. It's a pretty good laptop. the key typing is fairly quiet compared to my HP Spectre x360 15 model, but it is nice to have Windows 11 I guess.

Awesome service and product has been true since purchase. No issues and customer service is top tier. Fast turn over times and welcoming staff.

The only things I don't like is that the screen is too small to accomodate some games. I'm constantly having to move the view to see the top and then the bottom. Also the touch on the keyboard is so different from my last computer, I am constantly making mistakes and have to go back to correct them.

Great laptop! Got this for my brother for his school and he loves it!

Pretty great laptop, only down side is the task bar isn't customisable so you have to download an app to do it. No other complaints.

There is no Best Buy store where I live in rural South Dakota. I ordered online and picked up the new laptop at the Rapid City store. Although I have no complaints about my laptop so far, it was very difficult for me to use my Total membership for a data transfer due to location/travel/time restrictions.

Good deal at 650 dollars without tax..............
