I’m not very computer savvy but this laptop makes me feel like I am :) I also like how the keyboard is larger than most others.

On my first day using it, just after the setup process, I got 3 crashes with “blue screens of death” in 10 minutes of just basic web browsing. I took to Best Buy and exchanged for a different one. With the new one, I couldnt even get through the setup process without a blue screen crash. I am even a tech savvy person so I wasnt doing anything to cause this. I am going to return this quickly before the 14 day return period is over! HP please fix these software issues!
