First time I've ever been disappointed in any product or performance we have purchased from Best Buy...

The screen is so clear and I really like being able to use it as a tablet when working with my customers.

As a college student it offered me the capability to access Microsoft office and an extensive list of other platforms my MacBook was unable to offer. Only issue I have is that it’s a bit slow connecting to the internet and a short battery life.
