Only giving it 4 stars because the speaker quality is not the best. Not sure what HP was thinking putting them on the bottom of the laptop. If you use with Bluetooth earbuds or speaker sound is good. HP should keep the speakers on top for next model.

I do not like Windows 11, it is difficult for me to work with and confusing. I would take Windows 10 any day over Windows 11, it was much friendlier to work with!

If you don’t need a gaming machine, this one will rock your school work, video streaming, teleconferencing, and basic computer needs.

The Best Buy tech walked me through the available options and thie HP model was best for me. The data transfer process was simple (from my old laptop).

The user interface is straightforward to learn and it's not hard to set up the computer.
