I was not expecting this for a new laptop. I even tried connecting with customer service but couldn’t resolve the issue.

HP Envy-Perfect Laptop

Problem with reset of Windows. It would not reload

I did a Windows reset and never could get Windows to reload. I created a USB drive like Microsoft said but it would never recognize the drive. The screen looked nice and the touchpad worked well. I liked the extra space on located on the bottom and if watching training videos you will need an external speaker to be able to hear the instructor. Speaker used to be on top of the computer on older HP computers. I decided to return it after having the problem with the reset. I think I just got a bad one which can happen with any computer company.
