    I love HP computers. We use everything HP at work and the performance has always been excellent. But this laptop does not meet that expectation. The sound quality is poor and doesn't get loud, so we had to buy external speakers. The computer is kind of slow as well; I wanted it for loading embroidery patterns and it doesn't handle the file sizes without lagging. I'll probably give it to my granddaughter for school work.
