It does everything I need it to. I mainly do social media and QuickBooks on it. I have watched a movie and it didn't have any buffering.

Lightweight. Nice size screen. Having a few glitches 1 month in that we need to address—other than that, great laptop for the price. Excellent support from BestBuy staff in helping us pick the right laptop.

My son picked out this laptap to replace an older Microsoft Surface and he has been very happy with it. This is his school computer and he likes how fast and stable it is. He likes how it looks and how portable it is and he is big into music and really likes the sound out of the B&O speakers. My son does a lot of graphic design and this has worked well for that purpose. I liked the great price and the fact that this laptop got him to come out of his gaming cave more often.

Good value and performance for office use and it performs perfectly while playing a 4k video online. Good build quality and battery life.

It's thin, and sleek. It would have been better for me if it also had the number keys on the right hand side. I use my laptop to calculate, It has "touch screen". I'm not a computer "geek", so I can't comment on the "technology", but it's a good laptop.

So far I am well pleased with this laptop. Set up and transfer from the old computer was fairly easy. Performance is good for my needs. I mainly surf the web, watch videos and do some documents in Office. I would recommend it.

I was looking for a laptop to use for audio engineering, and was losing hope that I could find a high quality computer without breaking the bank. I didn't want to pay over a thousand dollars for a mac, and didn't want to spend a couple hundred on a crappy computer either. Thanks to Best Buy's open box discounts, I got this HP Envy for $440 off the retail price! It is a phenomenal computer, runs great, graphics are top tier, and I love that finger prints don't get left behind on the touch screen. While I would prefer back-lighting on the keys, and more storage space, it's really hard to find a computer this great for so cheap.

After 2 weeks of daily use this computer has been great for the price. Touch screen works well and battery life has been good.
