I am even more impressed with the associate who assisted me. He was so helpful. I had considered a more expensive laptop because I was concerned about speed and the quality of a lower cost laptop. But after we discussed my uses and past experience with my previous laptop. He assured me this would meet all of my needs perfectly without having to pay for a more expensive computer that was more than what I would need.

Great price, disappointing expansion.

The reason it gets less than 5 stars is because of the lack of expansion capability for RAM and Storage, which limits the way that this laptop will age in the future.

It only gets warm or hot when I’m on it for a while. I need to buy something to put the laptop onto help cool the battery but besides that it’s fast and great.
