HP laptop

Bought it for nursing school and it worked for all the programs we had to use. Loved the touchscreen made it faster for charting. Only thing is that it’s super heavy

Great computer

It can run less demanding games, but it definitely isn't meant for a lot of gaming. Nonetheless, it's a good deal! I've had it for almost a year and it's been great.

My first HP

Setting it up was fine. The only thing that I am unhappy with is that it doesn't have a 10 key number pad. I bought the computer based on the specs that I needed for my job. I did not know that they are making laptops without 10 key. Now that is something else I will have to make sure I check before purchasing. I am going to keep it and add a usb number pad or keyboard. Other than that, everything is fine.

I thought my older external USB numeric keypad would suffice for the absence of a built in keypad on this model, but the power plug (USB-C) is on the right side, so my numeric keypad can’t fit easily on the right side of the keyboard, in line with the other keys. All around usability would be better if the power plug was on the the left, or at least at the top of the right side, instead of 2 inches down the side, or came with a 90 degree adapter, so the cord could be directed towards the back of the unit, parallel with the right side. Battery life is great, so far, which should be the case for a brand new one. So, would I recommend it? Qualified maybe.
