Love love love this laptop ! The charge lasts up to a week! And the touchscreen feature are my favorite! It is also faster and easier to work with than a mac!

This laptop is beyong what i thought it would be, mid range specs for low budget , fast doesnt overheat starts up fast facial recognition is fast , touch screen and foldable to make it a tablet

From our purchase to our everyday use the laptop has proven to be the right buy! When you are in your senior years and your technology skills are a bit rusty, finding the right piece of electronics with the help of a knowledgeable sales clerk is fantastic. This was one of five purchases we have made at the Best Buy in Modesto in the last three months. It IS the place to shop!

Normally I don't like to use notebooks for daily usage. I prefer to use PC's almost 22 years. Before this notebook, i bought a notebook at 2008. I used almost 2 years then i never used. But this notebook different because it's hybrid. I can use like a tablet on my laps. I can control from screen which is revolutionary thing. I can play some new release games. I can work with photoshop, i can draw with my fingers. I will never regret to buy this notebook. I suggest for unsure individuals.

I Love my new computer! it works great and I got it for a good price. The worked there was so nice and helpful and gave me all the details I needed to know about the laptop I needed and I was led to this computer. This computer is excellent for school its helps a lot. The battery last a very long time and charges super fast it just takes a few minutes. It also has face ID which is super cool unless its just me because it's my first computer.

I like the size of the screen . I like the way it flips and multiple ways i can use it . I like the vibrations of the computer when it makes a sound . And i also like the face Id when i login to my computer .

This product exceeded my expectations for the price. The design is sleek. The touch screen responds quickly. Overall I am happy with my purchase. The only negative is that it can't handle multiple programs at once. Larger ones like photoshop especially. It starts to lag. That's the only problem I've had.

So far I really love this computer. Easy to use, touch screen is great. The only thing that bugs me is the placement of the power button. It’s not the far right top button like I’m used to. It’s right next to that so I keep hitting it instead of backspace.

Excellent laptop, using for my nursing school and it works great, good on battery, slim design overall satisfied with my purchase.

I really like this laptop though I need more training than was provided both at my pick up appointment (which was useless) and the next Geek Squad appointment I scheduled - though that is no fault of the laptop. I like the ease of transitioning between touchscreen and keyboard in different windows. It makes it very easy to utilize a couple windows and move back and forth between them. I am super excited to have my new laptop as I begin a new career.

I’ve had this laptop for a few months now and it’s amazing! I love the touchscreen feature and the 360°. Best buy’s staff was also super nice as well, they were so nice it’s the only place I go to now for electronics! OH AND DID I MENTION FACE ID?!?!?! This is a great computer for the family!! My daughter uses it for some games while I use it for the Microsoft Office software which was an additional purchase. Love the touch screen and the ability to use it as an iPad. Very happy with this device and is a great value for the money.

Excellent for my basic school needs. I don’t need that much I just need something that will help me with my schooling, zoom, projects, and other things that doesn’t need much memory and speed. Thin and very easy to carry, bring or transport any where from home to school. Screen is a must also, enough big screen is perfect for my needs.

I needed to upgrade my 4 year old Microsoft go computer. This computer has everything that I need. The speed, the new chipset compared to my old computer and the price was pretty good as well. I love to touch display and I love how you can fold the computer and use it as a tablet as well.
