I’m really loving this laptop. I’ve never had this brand before and so far everything has been great

I love the amount of empathy and happiness Best Buy’s products give me!!! This is the greatest company ever!!

January 15 2023 It melted/burnt over night while sleeping!!! Not plugged in just sitting on my sons desk in his room and when he went to use it the next day, he opened it up and it was all melted. Devastated!!! It could have caused a house fire!! By the grace of God we woke up okay. Went to best buy to explain and geek squad manager offered me nothing, just to recycle it. No refund or replacement. The geek squad manager looked at me with a poker face which was very uncomfortable and upsetting with no help. She said well ma'am its physical damage to the laptop and I'm like well yeah duh!! Im like this is not my fault or my son fault if the laptop malfunction. She shug her shoulders and continued with the poker face. I was getting angry. Saw the sales rep in passing that sold the laptop to me and called him over and he helped me more than the geek squad manager. He told me i had 90 days after purchase to contact HP for concern beyind there control and 30 days at the store after purchase. Understanding that this was a christmas gift for my autistc son and havent had the laptop 30 days yet. Only two weeks to be exact. He calmed me down and told me everything will be okay. The geek squrad lady was of no helpnas she only offered to recycle the laptop.

Very good computer it’s just a little hard to work with and it’s on the heavier side. Has a lot of good features that will work well with school/work.

So far it has been pretty good!! Strong magnetically. So do keep metals paper clips etc... away

Its a good laptop it can run hellfivers great it has no issue with browsing. If u play fort it has a hard time with it but runns it ok ig

On the 17th day, just two days after the opportunity to return ends, a message pops up to say the fans are not working correctly. Guess what? My kid is off to college and doesn’t have time for a warranty repair. She doesn’t know what to do and mom is miles away and can’t help. What a waste of money. I’ve never had this happen, ever. Best Buy says tough luck and HP says the process can take 30 days and they want to charge my credit card. I’d rather just buy a new laptop and leave a comment explaining this one is junk.

Poor customer service made the entire purchase a bad experience. Product worked well but I would recommend purchasing through a different retailer.

This pc is amazing. The price was a mere $500. The specs don't necessarily sound so exciting but it performs extremely well. It is fast, responsive, easy to read, and easy to operate. I am not good at using trackpads, but I can actually use this one. Not only that, but it has a touch screen so you can navigate using your finger or a stylus. It accepts and works with Microsoft Ink style pens, so you can use it as a drawing tablet. It is a 2-in-1 so you can flip the keyboard and use it as a tablet. You could argue that 256 GB of internal storage is a bit skimpy, but you can easily attach and external drive -- not a big deal. This is the best computer purchase, dollar for dollar, that I have ever made.

Do not waste your money on this laptop. I purchased this laptop one month ago and have used it five times and just brought it back to Best Buy because of a cmos error. They cleared the cmos but now it wants to go into repair mode and then turns off. Cannot return it so they are shipping it off to the manufacturer to “fix” it. DO NOT BUY.
