Came into my local best buy looking specifically for an AMD laptop with touchscreen and backlit keyboard. To my pleasant surprise, they had exactly what I wanted at a great price, less expensive than the one if was replacing. I've had it 6 weeks and it has done everything I need. The USB C power input is a plus since it can also be charged with a higher powered phone charger in the event you forgot to pack the factory charger on a trip.

I love my laptop/tablet. Screen is nice and bright, processor is really fast and very accurate. I enjoyed my shopping in Best Buy because the customer service was awesome. I checked out about 7/8 laptops and the young man was very kind and answered every question I asked. I will come to Best Buy again for my electronic needs. No place like Beat But with warranties and top tier professional products that meet every need.

I love how tou cane turn it into a tablet but still scared i might mess up the typing keys while it sits on them. I do Not like how the speakers are on the bottome of the laptop. That was a poor design and how the fake speakers are on the top. If you watch movies on it you have to hole it just right to listen to a quiet movie. And if it plays to long with the speakers covered it gets really hot. To the piknt it could burn a child's hands.
