it is lightweight and fast. I love the lighted keyboard. would recommend buying this laptop. the price was great. staff had great knowledge about laptops. the only problem was the Geek Squad transferring from the old laptop to the new one.

I bought it as a Christmas gift and they Love it. The ine they had was 11 years old and it was time for a new one. They love the touch screen and all the new upgrades compared to their old one. The HP is a Fantastic laptop. I did a ton of reviews before purchasing this exact one

Very quick laptop and made with high quality materials. Touch screen and flip screen are very nice features. Has everything you need for business and all personal applications unless you are a pro gamer. Highly recommend for anyone at any level!

So far, I don't have any complaints! I'm enjoying using my laptop every day. It starts up perfectly every morning. No problem opening up multiple tabs. I've installed additional programs with ease. I thoroughly enjoy my new laptop.

Its reliable, can keep upwith VIRTUAL MACHINE assignments if you are using for college like i am. I am not a big fan of the finger pad track so i use a wireless razer mouse with mine

This new computer made all the difference in the world. I was using a chromebook which is great, but when I started podcasting, I needed a more robust computer. This computer is great for my podcasts.

Has everything I need to perform work functions or for fun and games. Easy to use and compatible for someone like me with a medium PC IQ. I also saved a great deal of $ as Best Buy had a great sale on this item.

Great laptop. Super fast and works really well. The camera turns on by a switch at the top of the screen. I had a tech friend of mine help me figure that out. It is still a lovely laptop.

I am very pleased with this laptop. I bought this as a replacement for a damaged laptop and I chose this as the specs were comparable. I was pleasantly surprised by the substantial improvement in performance over my previous laptop which was only a year old.

This computer has been ok -- nothing to write home about. I got it because my old Lenova Yoga was failing. The HP is extremely slow to open files, The right and left areas on the touch pad are not real responsive; many times it takes several clicks for it to work. It tends to get hot on your lap. The screen is clear. I like the recognition software that works most of the time. Keys have a nice touch. Would I buy it again? Not sure.

HP thought of everything on this computer. It's lightning fast, it's got a big screen, it's got really good sound, and everything works perfectly. Best Buy Geek Squad help me get it set up over the phone for free. What more could you ask for?

Perfect for editing. Great battery life even with binging Netflix

I like the size and the look but I don't think this one is for me. I like having a separate number pad on the side and I prefer the finger scan over the face scan. Other than those two things I liked the laptop. System runs quickly and the picture is good.

It's fast. Faster once you get around all the things Microsoft wants you to do with their cloud services. I'm not a gamer so I can't speak to that. Overall I'm pleased so far. A lot of bang for the buck here.
