The laptop is pretty fast. There is some slowness with playing playlists on youtube but it might be because I also have many tabs open:C. Overall I really am happy with my purchase as well as the color.

This computer has been ok -- nothing to write home about. I got it because my old Lenova Yoga was failing. The HP is extremely slow to open files, The right and left areas on the touch pad are not real responsive; many times it takes several clicks for it to work. It tends to get hot on your lap. The screen is clear. I like the recognition software that works most of the time. Keys have a nice touch. Would I buy it again? Not sure.

I use it to watch video for work. Video comes in all different formats with different programs. Often comes in zip files. This computer never lags or gets bogged down.

Has been working great for my return to college. Easy set up and like the touch screen option. I did think the battery would last a little longer. Has not been an issue being it will last through the day depending on use.

The Geek Squad installed a new battery and ran a diagnostic on my computer. These guys are very good and easy to work with. They always explain things so I can understand it.

Purchased for online schooling for the kiddos and works just fine for their web based sessions and general Office product usage. The touchscreen and tablet mode at this price point is a great value.

We purchased this laptop to replace a 2010 HP laptop that still works, albiet slower now. Definitely a good choice if you want a workhorse.

The hp Envy is just what I needed. With so many lap tops to choose from the sales rep at the store helped with my purchase. For what I use the lap top for this hp meets all my needs.

I bought this computer to serve the primary functions of playing Sims 4 occasionally, and for homework as a college student. Essentially, it gets the job done, and Im satisfied with it.

I bought this for my daughter who is taking more advanced courses in her junior year in high school. She loves this computer and I am so grateful the knowledgable BEST BUY staff guided me throughout the process.

Hesitant about getting an AMD, but everything works just as well as my previous Intel. This is my first 2 in 1, and I love it, I use it both ways, ny only issue would be protecting my keyboard while in tablet mode...

Nice fast laptop . Still getting used to Win 11 vs 10. Screen is bright and clear. Just wish it had 1tb vs 512mb.. like the fact it's metal and not plastic

I was hesitant to buy a laptop, but I absolutely love this laptop. It's easy to use and has everything I need. I've always been an HP fan and this is just icing on the cake!
