Hoping For Success

Setting this one up - especially getting files & programs moved from the old laptop has been frustrating. Geek Squad offered to clone the hard drive but I don't want to bring everything over from the old machine - like Office 2007. I'm not able to reinstall every program I want to keep. Expecting things to be good once I it set up - counting on being able to upgrade my rating to 5 stars then.
