My mom and I are enjoying our new HP Envy Laptop. When I play June's Journey it is a little difficult to find my items because the pixels make the item blurry so it's better for me to play Time rush on my phone, but Spot the difference on the laptop. Mom hasn't had a computer for over a year and she is loving the convenience of her new laptop.

Got this laptop on sale at a great price after my last laptop died. I use it for college and it fits all my needs. I do a lot of writing and work on the laptop and it keeps up with everything I have to do. Love the backlit keyboard! I also do some light gaming on it and it performed better than I expected. Highly recommend for a college student.

From a very helpful assistant who was knowledgeable about laptops to purchasing and “geek squad” assistance who transferred everything over from old laptop in two days! Would recommend Best Buy hands down

This computer is great, battery life is okay. But the computer does what I need it to do. If you're looking for a computer that can do your school work or office needs this is the computer for you.

I was very impressed when I first got the unit. Great look and I thought I would be very happy with it. I bought a transfer cable at Best Buy and start using it at the store just to make sure it worked I had hoped. It was moving everything nicely. As soon as I got home, I tried continuing the transfer but my new laptop wouldn't boot up! I have run the spectrum of diagnostics to no avail. I am going in to see the "Geeks" tomorrow. I hope we can resolve this because I really want to enjoy my new laptop.
