The laptop is very easy to use, and it has a Face ID option for some things, however the battery life is VERY poor, and it’s not the best for watching movies because the brightness on the screen doesn’t go very high, but it is still good for daily tasks

It’s a solid machine. Well built with a beautiful picture and all of the slots you’ll ever need. It is noisy though. I took it in for service and the Geek Squad agent said HPs are naturally loud.

I purchased this computer to replace an old, outdated computer for my son to use for his virtual school. It was purchased for a Christmas gift. He didn't use it officially until January 8, 2024. We turned it on for Christmas to set up his websites for school and personalize it. It froze up on this day. When he used it for school it continued to freeze, turn itself off, freeze with strange noises, or display a blue screen error. These happened randomly. I contacted the Geek squad. They recommended that I contact HP. After many HOURS of remote access, HP could not solve the problem. Brought it to a Best Buy store, they saw the video of the problem and said that they couldn't do anything to send it to HP. Here I am in February, and no one is solving this problem. I would not recommend this computer, Best Buy, or HP to anyone.

Great customer service. However, I'm traditionally a MAC user, so this PC takes getting used to. I like the keyboard but don't love the display - the text seems blurry. The color is sleek.

I'm already experiencing issues with CPU overages and audio services randomly shutting down. It also takes forever to boot up.

I was disappointed at how heavy this laptop is. I purchased a smaller screen than I normally have so that it would be light and it wasn't.

Easy to use but the power cord stopped working and the volume in the computer no longer works.
