    What a great and efficient laptop with all the bells and whistles one needs. We bought this computer for my wife to help her navigate and download key information in her numerous genealogy searches which her iPad was unable to do. Now I plan on buying the same laptop, providing I can find at the Black Friday my wife paid.

    I bought the HP envy online and went to pick it up in Saugus. It turn out I did not buy Geek squad. The Geek Squad associate informed me of this and was able to return my purchase and re purchase the HP with Geek Squad. The folks at Best Buy were very efficient and helful.
